Three Cities Within
Flagler County has three cities within it’s borders: Bunnell, Flagler Beach and Palm Coast. There are also several populated, but unincorporated communities: Bimini, Codys Corner, Daytona North aka “The Mondex”, Dupont, Espanola, Favoretta, Flagler Estates, Korona, and Painters Hill.
City of Bunnell
Bunnell is to the south and west of Palm Coast. It is also the County Seat of Flagler County.
City of Flagler Beach
Flagler Beach is to the east of Palm Coast, boasting of coquina sand and friendly people.
City of Palm Coast
Palm Coast is the largest of the cities in Flagler County.

City Hall FPL Fee
After a 6+ hour Palm Coast City Council Meeting, the City Council changed its mind to place an FPL Franchise Fee (Tax) on a Non-Binding Referendum. Instead they will put it on a BINDING referendum where residents can decide to raise their already too high electric bill via an FPL Franchise Fee.
